In which I use up a skein of Pagewood Farms Alyeska yarn in the Santa Fe colorway…

Nothing particularly earth-shattering here: another baby hat and stocking. I really wanted to make another mini-sweater, but the gauge of this yarn is rather large, and even going down a couple needle sizes, I just didn’t have enough yarn left for a sweater. Heck, I barely made a full stocking.
This is lovely yarn to work with, and makes a beautifully soft final product. I have a skein of Bugga in my stash, so I’ll shortly be able to do some comparison knitting with another cashmere mix yarn. But it’ll probably still be a little while before I start anything new: I’m getting over one of the worst colds I’ve had in some time, and the idea of much more than stockinette stitch still doesn’t appeal.
