This week’s haul (in all its rain-soaked glory) was: pumpkin, winter squash, carrots, sweet potato, garlic, peppers, and eggplant.
Cooking highlights for this week included: Pasta Pan-Fried with Butternut Squash, Fried Sage, and Pine Nuts (which included sage from my window garden, as I’ve now moved my keeping herbs in for the season), and an Eggplant Strata from Mollie Katzen’s Vegetable Heaven.
