Indian spiced romano beans

The second I saw Romano beans in this week’s CSA offerings, I knew I had to pick some up and make more of the Indian-spiced pickles I made earlier this summer.

BF is not a huge pickle fan, but he liked these, because they have the Indian spices, and so don’t taste as much like a regular pickle. They were also still crisp, but I’d broken down and opened a jar a lot earlier than I normally would, so I’m not sure if they’ll hold up as that crispy or not. We’ll have to see.
