I chose this site today because it features a bog, and had an orchid in the land trust’s website pictures. And since my regular local bog (Saco Heath) is closed for the forseeable (Covid based) future, I was hopeful I’d see some cool orchids. And I did. Where there was no way I could get close enough to get close up pictures. Pretty sure I saw at least three species. The above is the absolute best I could get with my zoom – pretty sure it’s Rose Pogonia (Pogonia ophioglossoides).
