The garlic came out on 7/24. The leaves weren’t quite as dead as I normally look for, but the consensus on the local gardening boards was to pull it. With all the rain we’ve been getting, apparently a lot of people are getting split heads. Mine’s looking pretty good, so I’m happy I pulled it when I did. I will be putting beets in that place, once I get through the rest of this week. (If you note the date I’m posting this, you can see I’m behind. It’s been a busy couple of weeks.)
