Winter Notes

After one of the least snowiest winters I can remember, Mother Nature thought it would be fun to throw an April snowstorm our way. It started overnight on Wednesday, and lasted through rain showers on Friday. It was very heavy, and we were extremely lucky to only lose power for about an hour in the height of it. (There are people still without power today.) We probably got about a foot, and hilariously, once we finally got sun yesterday (Sunday), most of it is already gone. Today’s ever warmer, so that should finish off all but the biggest piles and shadiest spots.

I really hope this is the last of it – I really just need this winter to be over.
