Another cozy story. After the events of the first book, Miyara is suddenly required to win a tea contest to cement her status as tea master. And her sister (still a princess) has tracked her down, and isn’t convinced the Miyara shouldn’t still be a princess herself.
This story ends up being about Miyara becoming comfortable in her new role, with her new friends, in the new city she’s now uniquely qualified to serve because she’s a former princess. There are a few stakes, but nothing earth shattering. It’s a nice, cozy read.
