So after May ended with a day in the 90s, June decided it was going to be time to rain. The first weekend was a washout. And my seedlings were really starting to get sick of being in pots. Oh, and we had that little trip to Montreal coming up. So I spent all my spare time on Tuesday and Wednesday (rearranging my work day a bit) getting everything in small pots in the ground.
The dahlias had to wait until this week – they were in bigger pots, so I figured they could hack an extra weekend in those. I did manage to snap the stems off one them while transplanting, so we’ll see if they survive. But, at least everything’s in the ground, and they’re certainly getting plenty of water. (This weekend is also a washout.)
So this is everything as of Wednesday – I’ll see if I can get a good day to get some pictures of how individual plants are doing.
