Knitting Notes

I have two sweaters going right now. I really need to decide what to do with them. I suspect the colorwork sweater may not survive – I’m not sure I can do the sleeves without making them too tight. But I feel like I also owe it to myself to try.

The other is more of a tshirt, in a linen/cotton blend, and after deciding to size it down (and therefore ripping it out), I managed to join the yoke with a twist. I’ve ripped it back to the point where I should be able to join it again and not twist it, but I am so not feeling it anymore.

However, I do want to do some knitting, so I cast on a fairly easy hat. I found a decent double layer pattern (Musselburgh by Ysolda Teague), so it should be warm enough. And it’s really just a tube with a few increases on one end and decreases on the other, and I can use up some sock yarn. Hopefully this can be a knitting win before I tackle some decisions on what to do with the two sweaters.
