We almost didn’t go to the Botanical Garden. The palm house is being restored, and it was too early in the season for their to be very much outside, right? But we ran into a cold and rainy day, and decided to chance the palm house. While it is being worked on, it is still mostly open, and there was a lot to see inside. They also have a butterfly house that was fun to wander through.
But I’m going to focus on what we saw outside. These obviously aren’t all native, but they did a great job getting late winter/early spring blooms in, and it was so lovely to see this much blooming on a cloudy day. (The rain also held off for quite a while so I was able to get a decent number of pictures.)
