The March Mystery socks are done!
I had such a great time knitting these socks. The pattern wasn’t too difficult, but was varied enough to keep things interesting, and as I’ve mentioned many times before, I loved the yarn I was using. I loved the color, and the merino/silk/alpaca combination made it a joy to knit with. I’m definitely glad I spur of the moment decided to do this pattern, and saw this yarn hanging out in the top of the crate o’ yarn.
This leaves my Lilac Socks for me to finish my March Sockdown challenge work. I’m already a couple of pattern repeats into the leg, and those knit up relatively fast, so should come along quickly now that I don’t have the mystery socks distracting me.
I have ideas for April Sockdown patterns, but have not yet decided if I’ll be attempting any socks this month, after doing two for last month’s challenge. I’ll see how long it takes me to complete the second Lilac sock, and decide from there.
