This is apparently the year of the Goldthread – it was all over both sites I visited this weekend, as well as my local walk last weekend. It does like it a little damp, and we’ve definitely been providing those conditions this week.
As you can see, things are quite behind. We’re having our first stretch of multiple days into the seventies this weekend, so I do wonder how much they’ll be able to catch up with the warmth.
