This is a really interesting world – the terre indigene existed long before humans, and control all the lands. They have compounds called Courtyards within each human city where they can interact with humans, but they are fully in charge of those interactions. This book was advertised as a couple of sell swords go into a haunted labyrinth with a lord, and adventure ensues. I’ve frogged the Joshaqan Socks – they didn’t look good with this yarn. It needed something a little simpler. So, I’ve switched over to the Woodland Walks Socks by This Handmade Life. I do like the look of this with the yarn better, so far.
