Knitting Notes
The Piccolo Pyrus cowl is done. It’ll definitely benefit from some blocking, so this isn’t the final post, but I can at least count the yarn towards my August stash busting totals.

Pattern: Colorful Half and Half Washcloths by Purl Soho Yarn: Knitpicks Lindy Chain in the Harbor, Silver and Mist colorways Needles: Size 4 circs Welcome to my stash busting extravaganza! I got rid of the Silver and Mist yarn entirely, and only have a small amount of Harbor left. I enjoyed this pattern – it’s
In further stash reduction efforts, this is the Piccolo Pyrus cowl, from Skeinwalker knits. I’m using up my Quince and Co Phoebe in the Mars colorway.
Pattern: Trisha by Vicky Chan Yarn: Quince and Co Lark in the Iceland colorway Needles: Size 5 and 8 circs and DPNs The Trisha sweater’s done! I used about the same amount of yarn I’d used for Argus, so I’m at least no worse off then I was before I frogged Argus. This sweater fits

Pattern: Sonsie by Kate Davies Yarn: KD&D Co Ooskit in the Choffer and Riach colorways Needles: Size 5 and 6 circs and Size 6 DPNs Both Sonsie hats are done. I really enjoyed this pattern – it’s fun to follow along while it’s developing. That’s why I made both versions – I had enough yarn
Pattern: Electric Sheep by Beata Jezek Yarn: Sundara Yarn Extra Fine DK Silky Merino in the Night Skies Gradient colorway Needles: Size 8 Circs I finally got around to blocking the Electric Sheep shawl. It didn’t really need the blocking to open up the pattern – it was mainly to smooth out some lumps. I
