I’m back from a lovely extra long weekend in south Florida. Four nights, three full days. Just long enough to soak in some green, and visit a couple of cool places. Pictures are forth-coming, as well as a few books I read during travel time.

Arizona Wildflowers
A variety of Arizona wildflowers, mostly from the Desert Botanical Garden. My personal favorite was the chocolate flower, which smells exactly like chocolate, and you can smell from yards away. We went to AZ mainly to hang out with friends, but we did find a few hours to sneak off and do some touristy things. The Desert Botanical Garden is part of the same organization as our Botanical Garden here in Maine, and since we’re members here, we were able to get in for free.
