Weekly Wildflowers – Donnell Pond, Franklin, ME
It’s been a great year for lady’s slippers – there were more of them where I usually find them, and I found some at Mackworth Island, where I’ve never found them before. But this was by far the best patch I’ve seen this year. Conveniently located just past the kayaks at my dads’ camp.
