The Garden is next to the Capital, and I highly recommend visiting it. There’s an outdoor garden, and a glassed in house, that has a number

Sunday’s adventure, for something close to home, but a little different, was the Mail Boat Run – three hours cruising Casco Bay. We packed a lunch, and enjoyed the scenery and the cool breeze. We actually managed to see a seal, who kindly did a full length dive for us, and plenty of sea birds.
I’m on vacation for the next seven business days (a week and extra – woo!), and the first three, I’m on my own. So I started the fun with my annualish by my self trip shopping to Kittery (score of the day: a cashmere short-sleeved sweater, original price $119, marked down and discounted to $29
