Let  the Christmas knitting begin! This is Kate Davies’ Owlet sweater, which I’m making for my niece.   I’m using Cascade 220 Superwash yarn in a purple shade that’s a bit too dark to really be lavender. The beginning’s gone pretty well – I’ve gotten halfway up the body in one night.
